See higher opening: SMC Global

SMC Global Securities' technical report:

The market is likely to open on a positive note taking cues from global markets. Asian Stocks gained after almost 10 days following the western counterparts. Wall Street stocks have posted solid gains following reports of a new Chinese stimulus plan as investors await US Federal Reserve monetary policy announcement.

There's a report that the Chinese central bank is boosting its stimulus program. As per provisional figures, foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/ Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) sold shares worth a net Rs 828.95 crore on 16th September 2014. Domestic institutional investors bought shares worth Rs 465.61 crore on that day.
