Issue of Shares on Preferential basis to Expert Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., Promoters of the Company at Rs. 37.50/- as per CDR Scheme.4. Issue of 5,00,000 CCDs to Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company (EARC) at Rs.200/- per debenture to be converted into equal number of equity shares after 18 Months.5.
