    Vijaya Bank informed that the tenure of Shri H. Harish Ballal, Officer Employee Director appointed vide Sub Sec.3(f) of Sec.9 of Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 read with sub Clause 1 & 2 of Clause 9 of the Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1980.
