Considered and approved the Notice for the 24th annual General Meeting of the Company and appointed Dr. S. K. Jain, Practicing Company Secretary for conducting e-voting and voting through poll at the annual general meeting.2. Considered & approved Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy as recommended by the CSR Committee of the board of directors of the Company.3.
