    Vaibhav Global's company secretary Brahm Prakash resigns

    Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Brahm Prakash has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from closure of working hours of February 14, 2017. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Brahm Prakash has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
