    Universal Starch Chem Allied Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Ashok A Baride present C.F.O. has tendered the resignation with effect from March 31, 2015 & the Company has accepted the same. Further the Company with effect from April 01, 2015 has appointed Shri. Subramani Seetharam as a new C.F.O. of the Company.
