Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 24th day of October, 2017, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2017.
Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect and will re-open at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 27, 2017 in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
