We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e. Thursday the 27th July, 2017 have inter alia approved the following:

1.Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 for the F. Y. 2017-2018 together with Limited Review Report by the Auditors pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 (LODR);

2.Appointment of Ms. Gudiya Agarwal as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27th July, 2017;

3.Accepted the resignation of Ms. Forum Shah as Director in category of Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of the business hours on 27th July,2017 due to professional pre-occupation;
