Re: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015


We have to inform you the merger of our Wholly Owned Subsidiary M/s Tarderiv International Pte Ltd. with its own Wholly Owned Subsidiary M/s Cheminvest Pte Ltd. for administrative convenience with effect from July 01, 2017 (Certificate of confirmation of Amalgamation was issued today by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore). The entire assets and liabilities will get transferred to the merged entity M/s Cheminvest Pte Ltd. as per the scheme and there will be no financial impact for the parent company due to the merger.
