    Splash Media & Infra has informed that as Mr. Anil Agrawal, HUF has given the public announcement to the public shareholders of the Company and complied the Reg. 3 and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and became the promoter of the Company. Further the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Agrawal.

    Splash Media & Infra Ltd has informed BSE that as Mr. Anil Agrawal, HUF has given the public announcement to the public shareholders of the Company and complied the Reg. 3 and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 and became the promoter of the Company. Further the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Agrawal, as Promoter, Executive Additional Director with effect from June 24, 2015 and also consider the resignation of Ms. Alka Lath from the post of Whole-time Director.Source : BSE
