    We would like to inform you that Mr. Nalin Nayyar has stepped down as Interim CEO with effect from March 22, 2017. Further, Mr. Maninder Singh who was appointed as Chief Business Officer of the Company and currently looking after the business and corporate affairs of Religare Group has been elevated as Group CEO of the Company with effect from March 22, 2017. He has also been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013. Please find herewith enclosed the press release issued in this regard.
