    Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in its meeting held on March 22, 2017 has approved the exercise of options equivalent to 551 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) by the eligible employee. Accordingly, the MCX ESOP Trust has transferred 551 equity shares of MCX to the respective eligible employee.Source : BSE
