To consider and approve the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2015 and the Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date together with relative Notes thereon.2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any3. To consider, approve and take on record the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31,2015.Further, the ‘Trading Window’ as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed on and from May 21, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.Source : BSE
