With reference to the Public Issue by Manappuram Finance Limited (the “Company” or the “Issuer”) of Secured Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture of face value of Rs. 1,000 each (the “Debenture” or the “NCDs”), for an amount upto Rs. 1,500 million with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs. 1,500 million aggregating to Rs. 3,000 million (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), Manappuram Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the Prospectus dated September 09, 2014 was filed with ROC, Kerala on September 09, 2014 and the same has been registered with them on September 10, 2014.Source : BSE
