    Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 01, 2016, has approved the Re-appointment of Smt. Nethra J.S.Kumar as Managing Director for the period from July 01, 2017 to March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
