    Kerala Ayurveda appoints Itti Bhargava as company secretary

    Kerala Ayurveda Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Itti Bhargava has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2015. Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Itti Bhargava is also appointed as Compliance officer as per clause 47 of the Listing Agreement.
