    Kerala Ayurveda appoints Arvind Agarwal as compliance officer

    Kerala Ayurveda Ltd has informed BSE that due to resignation of Mrs. Itti Bhargava, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, Mr. Arvind Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer has been appointed as compliance officer of the Company as per regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
