This is to inform you that the Twelfth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 02:30 p.m. at Ravindra Natya Mandir, P. L. Deshpande Maharashtra Kala Academy, Sayani Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025, inter alia to transact the business stated in Notice dated May 19, 2017 convening the said AGM.
Further, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, July 20, 2017 up to Wednesday, July 26, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2016-17. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of dividend will be Wednesday, July 19, 2017.Source : BSE
