With reference to the earlier letter dated February 09, 2017 regarding Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 09, 2017. Kartik Investments Trust Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 20, 2017, inter alia, to consider the due diligence certificate to be submitted by M/s. Karvy Investor Services Limited, Merchant Banker (expected to be received from the merchant banker prior to the aforesaid date) and proceed in accordance with regulation 8(1C) of the Delisting Regulations.Further, the trading window of the Company has remained closed in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from February 12, 2017 and will remain closed till the closing hours of to February 22, 2017 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
