IDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to discuss and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (subjected to Limited Review by Auditors) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).Further, pursuant to IDFC Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Bank, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in the equity shares of IDFC Bank Limited and IDFC Limited for all the Board Members and Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members of IDFC Bank Limited from October 15, 2016 to November 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).The Bank will hold investor/analysts call on October 26, 2016.
