    HUL divests its entire shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates

    Hindustan Unilever has informed that pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement with M/s Brigade Properties Private Limited, the Company has divested its entire shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in favour of M/s. Brigade Properties Private Limited, a subsidiary of M/s. Brigade Enterprises.

    Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement with M/s Brigade Properties Private Limited, the Company has divested its entire shareholding in Brooke Bond Real Estates Private Limited (BBREPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in favour of M/s. Brigade Properties Private Limited, a subsidiary of M/s. Brigade Enterprises Limited.Consequently, BBREPL ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 23, 2015.Source : BSE
