    HMT appoints Vishvajit Sahay as part-time official director

    HMT has informed that vide Presidential Order dated Feb 03, 2015 and in terms of Article 67(4) of the Articles of Association of the Company, Shri Vishvajit Sahay, Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, had been appointed as Part-time Official Director on the Board of the Company.
