    Grasim Industries: Aditya Birla Capital completes allotment of 4.84 cr equity shares to P I Opportunities Fund

    Grasim Industries has informed to Stock Exchange about an intimation received from Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) that ABCL has completed the issuance and allotment of 4,84,00,000 equity shares on a private placement basis to P I Opportunities Fund -1 in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement and the Companies Act, 2013.
