Shedge, Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from August 20, 2015 in place of Ms. Nirmala Agarwal, who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 31, 2015.Ms. Pallavi P.
