    ETT joint statutory auditor L.D. Saraogi & Co. resigns

    ETT has informed that the Company is having Joint Statutory Auditors and one of the Joint Statutory Auditors, M/s L.D. Saraogi & Co., C. A. has resigned as Statutory Auditor due to their pre-occupation, with effect from Jan. 12, 2017 whereas M/s VSD & Associates, C.A. is continuing as Statutory Auditor till the conclusion of the ensuing AGM.
