    Dai-Ichi Karkaria director J. H. C Jehangir resigns

    Dai-Ichi Karkaria has informed that Mr. J. H. C Jehangir, a Non- Executive Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation due to inability to attend the Board meetings in Mumbai. His resignation would be effective from January 16, 2015. Accordingly Mr. J. H. C Jehangir has ceased to be a Director of the Company.
