Bhilwara Technical Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Sunita Mathur has been co-opted subject to approval by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting on the Board as an Additional Director (Independent) by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on the March 27, 2015.Further, the Company has received a letter dated March 27, 2015 from Mr. Pawan Kumar Deora, Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the office of Director of the Company with effect from immediately after close of the Board Meeting on March 27, 2015 due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Mr. Pawan Kumar Deora ceases to be a Director of the Company.Source : BSE
