    Anita Rajendra ceases to be director of Lanco Industries

    Lanco Industries has informed that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited has withdrawn its nominee Director Smt Anita Rajendra, IAS from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 16, 2014. Accordingly, Smt Anita Rajendra ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. October 16, 2014.

    Lanco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited has withdrawn its nominee Director Smt Anita Rajendra, IAS from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 16, 2014 and the Company has received a letter dated October 16, 2014 from Smt Anita Rajendra tendering her resignation from the position of Directorship of the Board of Directors of the Company.Accordingly, Smt Anita Rajendra ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f.
