IIML Advisors LLC and IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC, wholly owned subsidiaries of ILandFS Investment Managers have approved a scheme of arrangement and amalgamation by which IIML Advisors LLC will merge into IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC.
