A celebrity dance contest became Strictly x-rated when a model almost lost her itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny bikini at the end of an energetic dance.

Bélen Francese was a guest on the sixth series of an Argentine take on the BBC favourite Dancing for a Dream - or Bailando por un Sueño - a show that pairs celebrities with professional dancers.

But the stunning white bikini she donned for an exuberant lambada was a poor wardrobe choice.

As she shimmied and moved in perfect rhythm with her partner Hernán Doval, she suffered a catastrophic nip slip.

Presenter Marcelo Tinelli dashed over to cover her modesty - only for the ill-advised top to break a strap during the post-dance chat, causing poor Bélen even more blushes.

To add insult to injury, she wasn't even the top dancer with her topless appearance - and in fact was voted the worst dancer three times before she left the programme, for her merengue, music video and aero dances.

The video, which was aired in Argentina in 2012, has had 15 million views online, with Bélen's career going from strength to strength, despite being booted off the dance floor in episode 10 of the show.
