An amazing puzzle book that requires readers to 'unlock' each page is like something straight out of JK Rowling's Harry Potter universe.
The beautiful, handcrafted puzzle has been created by industrial designer Brady Whitney, from the US.
Each book is made up of five wooden laser-cut puzzles or pages which the reader must solve before moving on to the next.
According to Kickstarter, where the puzzle book is being marketed: "The story revolves around an apprentice of Da Vinci who is similarly trapped reading the Codex.
"However in the story the Codex acts as a trap set by Da Vinci to capture any would be spies/snoopy apprentices in order to protect his work.
"The only way to escape is to solve each of the puzzles before the master returns from his trip."
The official name of the book is Codex Silenda and has already reached more than $200,000 (£153k) of its $30,000 goal.
Unfortunately, all pre-orders for the book have now been stopped as demand for the book has already outstripped supply.
Potential customers are now being encouraged to sign up to an email waiting list, which will notify them when they are eligible to purchase the product.
