The Malayalam as well as Tamil film industry has condemned the sexual assault on actress Bhavana and they are also tracking the police action against the criminals.

The incident that happened on Friday night while Bhavana was travelling back home after shooting in a car has sent shock vibes across the nation and yet again raised serious questions about women's safety in the minds of the public.

Now, Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu has condemned the atrocious crime against Bhavana and he has also said that the Union Government will soon pass a Bill to punish the crimes against women in a expeditious manner and to render timely justice to the victims.
