"We replacement for Shruti and we are waiting for the right time to announce it", informs Hema.

Before that she also made clarification about Shruti Haasan's exit from 'Sangamithra'. "She (Shruti) did not opt out. We decided that we could not work together. It is very professional decision and we wish her fell. But it's just that we had to part ways."

Asked if the chosen heroine in place of Shruti is a big star, she said "she will be (a big star). .Let's just leave it for the audience guessing.

Regarding speculations that Naynathara will be acting in the film as Sangamithra, the producer said "We have worked with Nayan before and she is an amazing artist. As 'Sangamithra', we all have read the script, at least I have. I know what a dream it would be to do that role. We have an image of Sangamithra in our minds and we are sure we will find the right replacement immediately."

Quashing rumours citing that the script of the mega budget film is being rewritten, Hema said "The script has been ready for months now. And if there is any fine tuning I think, till you go to the shoot fine tuning goes on. "

The jubilant producer also added that the director Sundar.C. has written "a brilliant script" in which "you can just envision everything and this is something that would relate (even) to sensibilities of people who've never come to Indian, who don't know Indian mythology and it will attract them. I think its a very global script."

About the commencement of shoot, Hema confirmed that they are planning to begin the shoot in October 2017.
