A few days back a Tamil Nadu minister tried to cover the water in Vaigai Dam with thermocol sheets to prevent the water getting evaporated due to excessive heat of the sun. This experiment failed within minutes and that became a huge hot topic of debate. The opposition parties and the meme creators got enough fodder to crticise and troll the Government and the Minister as the experiment failed within few minutes in front of the media.

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan who has been constantly voicing out his opinion on Tamil Nadu's political issues has now taken a dig at this Thermocol experiment.

Speaking at the audio launch function of director Atlee's production venture

'Sangili Bungili Kathava Thorae', Kamal Haasan said "The trailer of this film makes us feel that this is an 'Aavi padam' (film about a spirit). But this Aavi (steam) cannot be controlled with Thermocol." The entire auditorium roared with claps and whistles when Kamal made this statement using his typical wordplay.

The Tamil term Aavi is used to refer a ghostly spirit as well as steam. Kamal, the witty genius he is, made a pun out of these words.in Tamil and made the audience burst in laughter.
