We all know that Silambarsan plays the character of a 60 year old in 'Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan' scheduled to hit the screens this Friday (June 23).it was earlier reported that the actor had increased his body weight to 85 Kgs for this character named as Ashwin Thatha.

Now the film's director Adhik Ravichandran has revealed that STR spent four hours on the make up for this character everyday. He has said that the makeup for Ashwin Thatha character will take three hours and removing it will take one hour hence Simbu spent four hours for the makeup itself.

Generally we have heard actors like Kamal Haasan. Vikram and Suriya spending so much time for makeup for bringing authenticity to the characters they portray on screen. SImbu has also joined the list of highly dedicated heroes.

Tamannah plays the heroine of this Ashwin Thatha segment in this film and the director says whether she loves the old man is a suspense element in the film. However the duo have songs in which Tamannah has appeared in glamorous outfits.
