The birthday of former Chief Minister Jayalalitha falls on the 24th of February and the ADMK cadres are planning grand memorial celebrations all over the state following a statement from General Secretary Sasikala from her Bengaluru jail.

Sathyaraj has made a request to the government on account of Jayalalitha's birthday to release Perarivalan and six others serving sentences in the Rajiv Gandhi murder case. We'll have to wait and see what the EPS government will do to this long pending wish of social workers and general public.
