It's Bunny and Boyapati together. The scorching of the BO this summer was expected to happen. And it has happened. The news is that Sarrainodu has joined the coveted club of Tollywood's five top-most grossers by crossing Rs. 100 cr (gross) and Rs. 63 cr in share. The other four are Baahubali, Srimanthudu, Magadheera and Attarintiki Daredi. So far in 2016, it's the biggest grosser. It needs a share of another Rs. 10 cr to outpace the record set by Pawan Kalyan's AD.

In the Telugu States alone, the mass action-drama entertainer has raked in a huge sum of Rs 52 cr.

The makers are quite happy about the turn of the events. The film had opened to a mixed response on day one, but has since gone on to prove the critics and BO analysts wrong by delivering a dekko, day after day.

Right from the dialogues to Arjun's heroism and Aadhi Pinisetty's villainy, everything has done the magic. Thaman's super-duper songs (read 'Blockbuster', 'Thelusa Thelusa' and 'Athi Loka Sundari') are pulling the audience to the theatres, especially those who see the Stylish Star as the best dancer in the town.

In terms of records for 14 days, this film has a non-pareil in Bunny's 'blockbuster' career. The film has been going great guns especially in Nizam territory. Ceded area is another area where the Stylish 'Sarrainodu' has been ruling the roost. In Uttarandhra region, the film's BO performance is next only to Baahubali's - the second highest share of Rs. 7 cr.
