Right from the time Janatha Garage was launched, it was widely speculated that, like Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu, NTR is looking at expanding his base in the non-Telugu States down South. NTR, like all big heroes of Tollywood, enjoys good amount of popularity in Karnataka. As far as the Koratala Shiva directorial is concerned, the actor has set his sights on one market in particular: it's Kerala.

It's not known whether it is with that aim in mind that a Superstar like Mohanlal was cast in the first place. It could also be that the Kerala dreams followed the enlisting of the Mollywood biggie. Whatever it is, the Nandamuri actor has been a beneficiary of Mohanlal's presence. Already, the film (its title in Malayalam is the same) is quite popular in Kerala.

On his part, Young Tiger is all set to move to Kerala later this month to promote the crazy project in a big way there. After all, Allu Arjun did the same before the release of Sarrainodu. It will be interesting to see whether NTR and Mohanlal will together address press meets there.

With so much potential going for the movie, NTR wants to have another Simhadri of his career this September. He needs a film that clocks, what is called in layman terms, 'industry hit' share. It has been many years since it happened. It's speculated that NTR is looking at a figure of Rs. 70 cr for his next. If he achieves that, there is no stopping the Tiger.
