Yesteryear star actress Jyothika, who made a comeback to films with the 2015 Tamil-language film '36 Vayadhinile', is now back with another female-centric film. Titled 'Magalir Mattum', the drama's Trailer was released moments ago during an event in Chennai.
Directed by Bramma and produced by Jyothika's actor-husband Suriya, the film casts her in the role of a documentary filmmaker with a feminist bent of mind. Bhanupriya, Urvasi and Saranya are seen playing other key roles.
At about two minutes, the Trailer rocks in terms of the performances. Jyothika seems to have given one of her career-best performances. Music is by Ghibran.
Since most of the key members of the cast are familiar to Telugu audiences, it has to be seen if the same will be dubbed into Telugu.
