Actor Jiiva and director Ramkumar Rayappa have teamed up for the film 'Pokkiri Raja' which is being produced by P.T.Selvakumar under the PTS Films banner.

The film is on the 'most expected' list mainly for two reasons. This is the landmark 25th film of talented and versatile actor Jiiva and also the second directorial of Ramkumar Rayappa who debuted last year with the super hit and critically acclaimed 'Tamizhukku En Ondrai Azhuthavum'.

The good news now is that the shooting of the film has been wrapped up and the post production work has begun. The film can be expected to hit the screens in the first quarter or latest by summer 2016.

'Pokkiri Raja' also marks the first time pairing up of Hansika and Jiiva while Sibi Raj plays another important role in the film. Music is being scored by D.Imman, cinematography is by Aanji while National Award winner Sabu Joseph is taking care of the Editing.
