Actor Jayam Ravi is presently busy shooting for 'Bogan' which is his 20th film as hero. We had reported yesterday that the 'Thani Oruvan' star will take up a film to be directed by Vijay as his next.

Now both Ravi and Vijay have confirmed that they will work together after completing the present commitments. Vijay is presently busy directing a film Prabhudeva and Tamannah in lead roles.

We have some interesting updates about the much expected Vijay-Jayam Ravi film.

The film will be an romantic-action entertainer. The romance portions will be shot in Chennai while the action scenes will be shot in Andaman. The film is expected to go on floors in August.

Vijay also confirmed that the tall and handsome actor will be sporting a muscular look for his film and he has written a character which will be special and memorable in the actor's career.

The 'Madarasapattinam' director has also said that the film will elevate both Jayam Ravi and himself to the national level.
