Actress Charmi debuted opposite Simbu in Kadhal Azhivathillai` directed by T. Rajendhar after which she went on to become a leading heroine in the Telugu industry. Recently she made a cameo appearance in the Vikram-Samantha starrer `10 Enradhukkulla` .

Two of Charmi`s female fans visited her and what moved the actress most was that both were cancer patients who had lost their hair completely. Charmi immediately tonsured her head and ordered wigs to be made from her mane and gifted it to the two girls. This touching gesture by her is the talk of the town in Tollywood. Kudos!
