Leading young hero and music director G.V.Prakash Kumar is currently busy with multiple project and also the promotion of his Pongal release 'Bruce Lee' set to hit the screens on January 13, 2017.

Amid all these professional commitments, GVP has been voluntarily working for a common cause of Tamils. He has been constantly raising his voice in support of Jallikattu, the traditional Bull-taming sport of Tamil Nadu which has been banned by the Supreme Court in 2014.

Now taking his pro-Jallikattu social media campaign further, he has composed a song 'Kombu Vecha Singamada' (?????? ????? ????????) in an obvious reference to the Bull which is considered as a symbol of Male valour.

Interestingly this will mark the 'Theri' composer's first association with lyricist Arunraja Kamaraj who shot to fame with the 'Neruppu da' song for 'Kabali' and the 'Varlam Vaa'' theme music in Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Bairavaa'.

Arun Raja Kamaraj has penned the lyrics for the Jallikattu song done by GVP and it will be released soon.

Jallikattu sport will be conducted during the Pongal festival season in many villages and towns across Tamil Nadu. Due to the Supreme Court ban, it has not been conducted for the past two years. Many organisations and individuals are struggling to lift the ban at least this year and conducted the sport considered as a symbol of
cultural pride of Tamils.
