Rafi`s Role Models` has Namitha Pramod and Fahadh Faazil portraying lead roles in the film. Namitha is appearing in a new look for this film. She has cut short her hair and tattooed her body for the role.

The two stars had a narrow escape while shooting for the film. It was a shock for all those in the set.

There is a scene in which Namitha takes Fahadh into the sea in a Jet Ski. The actress didn`t have much experience in Jet Ski as she only learnt it for few days. She only knew to handle small waves, unfortunately for the shoot a big wave came and she didn`t know how to evade it and they both was toppled down and was sinking. They fell in an area where the depth was little higher than expected and they went under the water for some time. Luckily the crew noticed it and signaled the lifeguards who immediately rescued them.
