Was Bollywood veteran Rishi Kapoor joking? If not, he just re-tweeted one of the silliest celeb tweets in the history of Twitter.

"Today, if you add your AGE with Year of Birth, you will get 2017. This only happens every 1000th year," a poster shared by Rishi said. The problem is that Rishi is not clear about whether he is being sarcastic when he said, "Strange but true. But how?"

"This is the reason why Modi Ji should start 'Beta Padhao' scheme," a user joked.

"And see..... If you subtract your age from 2017, you will get your birth year. This is double amazing and double strange! but how?" another user put it, sarcastically.
