Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin has been in the news for the past few days for his slick performance in the Premier League game against Chelsea and Champions League match against Basel. While his on-field performance may not be spoken about as much, his off-field encounter with a Bollywood actress has set rumour mills on social media fans abuzz.
After helping his team to two victories within a week, the Arsenal defender has been the cynosure for paparazzi after his night out with Bollywood actress Esha Gupta in London.
The 30-year-old actress, who was last seen in Rustom, is a massive Arsenal fan, as seen from her social media profiles. Her Twitter bio even lists her as a ‘Gooner’ and she was living the dream at the Emirates last Saturday.
Gupta was present in the stadium as her favourite club trounced Chelsea 3-0, marking Arsene Wenger’s 20th anniversary with the club.
The former Miss India shared a number of photographs from her visit on her social media, flaunting her love for the Gunners. She posted pictures from the stadium, dressing room and with players such as the legendary Roberto Pires, and even with Gunnersaurus.
Among the many pictures were a selfie with Bellerin. The Indian actress and the 21-year old from Spain seem to have bonded some more, judging from the photographs.
The pair were spotted at Vanilla Black, a vegetarian restaurant in London, and were reportedly seen laughing and joking as they walked to his Mercedes-Benz C450, according to Daily Mail.
While there is no confirmation from either about a supposed relationship, there is a lot of speculation thanks to social media.
