The baap of trolls are back! On April Fool’s Day, the two parties – BJP and Congress – are going to set Twitter ablaze with #PappuDay and #FekuDay. How can we forget the two hashtags trending in the run up to the 2014 General Elections? Modi was termed Feku and poor Rahul Gandhi, who likes to nap in the Parliament was dubbed Pappu.
Now almost a year later, these hashtags are back and at a very opportune moment!
According to a article in The Times of India, Congress and a few fringe saffron groups are planning to break the internet on Wednesday (1 April) by poking fun at the opposite camps!
Speaking to TOI, head of Congress’ students’ wing Roji M John said, “Modi said he will bring back black money , deregulate diesel prices, and convert BHU into Oxford. Instead there’s been an unprecedented cut in allocation for higher education, and we’re still waiting for black money and for diesel prices to fall.”
Keeping the theme in mind, we at Firstpost have come up with a list of pitfalls that Pappu and Feku can fall into and thus be trolled! Check it out:
