Jaipur: A toll booth supervisor was allegedly threatened with a firearm by a alleged gangster, Dhan Singh, who refused to pay the toll tax in Ajmer, police said. Employees were seen kneeling down to the gangster and holding their ears in front of Singh’s car.
The incident took place on 23 May evening on Sarwar road when Dhan Singh along with his driver and a former employee of the toll booth was crossing the toll booth in his SUV, police said.
He pointed a weapon towards the supervisor Ankit Meena when he asked him to pay the toll and also forced him to stand in a particular position, they added.
According to this report by NDTV , 36-year-old Dhan Singh “summoned” the employees one by one and ordered them to sit with their head between their knees, which can also called as the “murga punishment”.
An FIR has been registered against Singh in this connection and CCTV footage of the incident is also being examined, police said, adding that a search is on to nab the accused.
