CBSE releases admit cards for UGC NET 2017; visit cbsenet.nic.in to download

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for National Eligibility Test (NET), which will be organised on 5 November, 2017. Candidates can download the admit cards from the CBSE NET website: cbsenet.nic.in .

The application process for the same ended on 11 September this year, The Indian Express reported.

NET is a central examination conducted to determine the eligibility of assistant professors in the recognised universities. It is also the qualifying entrance examination for various Junior Research Fellowship programmes in various universities in the country, according to News18 .

The admit cards can only be downloaded online. NDTV reported that no admit cards will be sent by post. According to the official CBSE notification, no candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre other than the one mentioned in his or her admit card.

CBSE is liable only for administrative work like releasing the admit cards, organising the examination and declaring the results. The University Grants Commission handles the rest, according to the News18 report.

2. Click on the link for admit card download - Login for Admit Card and Image Correction-NET November 2017
3. Fill in the required details
4. Click on login
5. Take a print out of the admit card
