Model and actress Nargis Fakhri, who also dabbled in singing by releasing her first single ‘Habitaan Vigaad Di’ in June, has another musical project coming up. She will be collaborating with Snoop Dogg on a music video which was shot in September, reports Mumbai Mirror.
Also part of this project are Punjabi music composer Dr Zeus, who is best known for creating the music for ‘Baby Doll’ from Ragini MMS and ‘Kamlee’ from Happy New Year, and singer Zora Randhawa. “Zeus and I have been working on this project for eight months now and we were introduced to Nargis recently. You will see a prominent American vibe in this video. It’s a fun party sequence shot in LA. We had a great time filming it,” said Randhawa to Mirror.
While Fakhri and Randhawa have sung the Punjabi lyrics, they are supported by Snoop Dogg, who sang the English bits. Previously, Snoop Dogg lent his voice for the title song in Akshay Kumar’s Sinngh is Kinng. The music video has been directed by Matt Alonzo, who has previously helmed videos for artists like Pitbull and Justin Bieber.
Nargis Fakhri was last seen in Dishoom with John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, and the Marathi film Banjo.
